Precision is terrific!!! Their workers are pleasant, friendly and very professional. Their work is excellent! Last year I had a problem with one of my lift motors. By mistake I called a different company. Although pleasant, I had to call them back twice more--and the motor still didn't work. I called Precision and they fixed the problem immediately!!

INSTALLATION OF SPRINGS, ROLLERS, AND CABLES WENT SMOOTHLY AND EFFICIENT. SAFETY SENSORS SHOULD HAVE BEEN MOVED UP TO AVOID BRACKET FROM HITTING. THIS ISSUE WAS RESOLVED BY GARY LEWIS THE NEXT DAY.

I contacted Precision because they appeared to have a great reputation in the community. Their technician Gary arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and gave me several options to repair my door. I didn't accept the lowest cost option, but it was offered to me. He repaired the door, adjusted the opener, lubricated and performed maintenance on the entire mechanism, and took the time to speak with me to make sure I was satisfied with everything. Honestly, the door and opener operate BETTER than when we moved into the home 2 years ago. Based on my experience, I would recommend Precision for any overhead door needs. Also, based on this experience, I don't think I will need to contact them ever again for this door. The repair was that good! And that is EXACTLY what you want...

Called them at 12:30 on a Saturday. The technician was here by 4:30. Not only was my problem taken care of but the technician pointed out a couple of areas that could lead to future problems. Steve. let me start by letting you know how lucky you are to have an employee like Jim Dean, From the time he called my house to confirm he was on the way up until he arrived on time! He was a really sincere gentleman and took the time to answer all my questions in regards to my repair. A true old fashion mechanic! Courteous, & honest. Hold on to this guy, they are few and far between! Now I know in business your always going to have folks that are never happy no matter how good the service you give them??? the Torsion spring broke on Friday afternoon I called 3! Yes 3! garage door companies and all 3 I got a voice recording telling me to leave my info and they would get back to me? I went ahead and did so. having a business of my own, family, priorities call so I went to my chores. on Saturday afternoon next day 24 hrs later? I walked through the door from working an overnighter and asked my wife if any of the garage door companies called back, she said NOPE!!! I then got back to the computer and looked for another company & found yours I got an answer on the 2nd ring a pleasant Young lady who said to me that someone could come out that same day if I wanted. So the rest is all praise for you Sir, This was real Great service. Keep up the good work, stay consistent, and thank you for great service. I should also mention that you gave me a 5 year warranty on parts and labor, & although I can not review the service of that contract yet? I would hope if I needed to exercise this contract you would honor it with no strings attached?? Thank you job well done!!!!
