On 2/13/2013 had an emergency with the garage door and a car trapped inside..The night before, in the mail, was a VALUE PACK envelope with a coupon from PRECISION DOORS. I went on the website and saw a good review from a neighbor, not knowing she had used them last year. I called PRECISION, told secretary my issue and within 3 hours, the technician was there and was able to repair the chain and untrap the car.Not only that, but my remote garage door opener had not worked for a few years and I could not find a technician ready, will and able to either fix it or sell me another remote. HE DID...I wish I could remember his name but cannot. He had a beard) and most pleasant, professional, polite and most certainly, if need be,will call PRECISION AGAIN....Jo Ann LoDuca

Installers did a very nice job with the garage door installation. I thought that the cost ($450.00) was excessive for the new Aluminum flashing around the door frame. The 5% Veterans discount was disapointing since other businesses (Lowes, Home Depot)usually offer 10%.
