This was the second experience with Precision and again was satisfied. Great response time. A tech was out to my home within an hour! The tech was courteous, knowledgeable and well schooled. He represented the business very well. He also inspected both doors and pointed out a potential safety issue and therefore was given a welcomed ok to correct the problem.

Technician was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what the service installation involved. He worked quickly, efficiently and neatly, finishing the entire installation in about an hour. He showed me how to operate the garage door opener from the front key pad, sensor, and Homelink on my car. He answered all questions. He was polite and respectful of my property. All in all--a good experience.
