Steve, I am happy to say that your service is top-notch! First off, the end-product - my new Garage-Door and premiumn Garage Door Opener are really cool...The Door is simple but classy design...The opener is so quiet I barely hear it...And the weather seels your technician put on the door were precise and seamless.... As for the human side, I was extreemly happy with the three people I interacted with: The nice young lady who took my original call and set up the consultation, the person that came to my house and advised me on my options, and the technician who installed. Each, professional, curteous, and happy to answer any question (and i always have many ;-)). I usualy don't rave like this about a business - but you guy's pulled it off! Your team really stands out in today's world where all of the above positive attributes are hard to find in vendors... Thanks for a seamless, glitch-free, positive experience!

On the afternoon of July 15th 2009 the spring snapped when my garage door was on the way down.. The force caused the door to close on an angle which made it inoperable even manually. I had both cars trapped inside. I went to the yellow pages and fortunately found your number. I called late in the afternoon but was assured that a technician would be there between 5-7pm. Jeff responded to my call and rebuilt my entire system. He did an exceptional job in making sure everything was in proper working order when he completed the repair. I am very pleased with how quiet my door opens and closes. I commend Jeff and Precision Door for living up to their advertising.

Steve, On April 4th James Dean & Jeff Wardell replaced many parts on my garage doors. They are now better than new. Not only were they professional, they were well spoken, neat & most of all polite. Kept me informed about arrival time & time of departure, instructions #101 for proper care & use, etc.. I don't know who "put manners on them"... their mothers or "Precision".. maybe both? Today your serviceman was at my home. Instead of acting as a typical employee; he acted like an owner trying to keep his business afloat. He was extremely friendly and showed me what was right and wrong. Explained what repairs were needed and why. What else can I say, he was OK in my book!!
