The previous owner of my home used Precision Door Service, so when the day I moved into the house the automatic opener did not work, I called Precision. After a discussion with the salesperson, I decided to purchase a new door. I was not home for the installation, but they came in my absence, installed the door, and cleaned any mess they may have made. When I came home, I noticed that the weather stripping was not adhering properly at the top sides of each door. I called Precision and they came and fixed the problem to my satisfaction in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company. They are professional and trustworthy, and I can tell already that my garage is warmer with the new door.

Very professional and came the same day. Have not lived here long so actually picked them out because of their ad in the yellow pages. A little pricey, but work is guarenteed and sure they will come back if doors need any attention.

Hi Steve, Thank you for your interest in customer feedback. It certainly is an important aspect of any business. In June 2007 one of my springs broke on the garage door. Precision promptly sent Jim Dean to replace the spring. He recommended a garage door rebuild to which I agreed. Because I was impressed with his knowledge and service I didn't hesitate to call Precision again. This time I needed to replace my door opener. Once more Precision sent a knowledgeable technician, Jeff Wardell. Jeff arrived on time and patiently answered all of my questions including the stupid ones. I think you should give these guys a bonus. They are an asset to your company's reputation and also reflect the spirit of your employees.

5 stars ----(Jim)James Dean was the tech --- came on time, did a check of the door --- told me options --- he did a rebuild and also replaced the trolley (hope I got that part right)--door works better than when I had it installed years ago. Mr Dean was pleasant, professional and wasted no time on the repairs. I would definitely recommend Precision and James Dean. I saw the valpack add and held onto it and then looked you up on internet.I think the prompt service was really a surprise to me. And the lady who took my call was pleasant and helpful too.

Service was fast! Called at 08:45, tech was on site by 09:05. Tech was knowledgeable, friendly, and neat. Repair was completed quickly but correctly. Prices were a little steep, however an accurate estimate was completed prior to any work beginning.

Hi Steve, We chose Precision from your ad in the large Verizon yellow pages and we were not disappointed. Damien did a fine job, explaning what was wrong. He said he could put in a new door opener or repair the equipment we had. Because we're only in this house 3 months, we chose to go with the repair for now. We'll go for the new equipment if we have a problem in the future. There is one thing that could be fixed, however. The garage door doesn't go all the way down to the floor. It stops about 1.5 to 2" above. If Damien could stop by soon to correct this, we would appreciate it. Please call before coming to be sure we'll be home. I would not hesitate recommending Precision to any of my neighbors who inquire.

First off, the end-product - my new Garage-Door and premiumn Garage Door Opener are really cool...The Door is simple but classy design...The opener is so quiet I barely hear it...And the weather seels your technician put on the door were precise and seamless.... As for the human side, I was extreemly happy with the three people I interacted with: The nice young lady who took my original call and set up the consultation, the person that came to my house and advised me on my options, and the technician who installed. Each, professional, curteous, and happy to answer any question (and i always have many ;-)). I usualy don't rave like this about a business - but you guy's pulled it off! On the afternoon of July 15th 2009 the spring snapped when my garage door was on the way down.. The force caused the door to close on an angle which made it inoperable even manually. I had both cars trapped inside. I went to the yellow pages and fortunately found your number. I called late in the afternoon but was assured that a technician would be there between 5-7pm. Jeff responded to my call and rebuilt my entire system. He did an exceptional job in making sure everything was in proper working order when he completed the repair.
