I called for my broken garage door on Easter Sunday. The operator put me on the schedule for Monday. On Monday Brian came, diagnosed the fix and had the door fixed in 40 minutes. I have used Precision before so when the rusty spring broke on my garage door I didn't hesitate to call them. I was also under a very tight time frame because the spring broke at 1:00 p.m with the motorized garage door 75% open and I had to leave to pick up my 7 year old granddaughter from school by 2:45. Brian showed up at my house at 1:45 saw what needed to be done and the garage door was fixed by 2:30. Needless to say a major crisis was diverted!! I highly recommend this company. They are always punctual, professional, polite, and know their business!
