I called at 6 pm needing help due to my door not being able to close. Anthony listened to my dilemma and was able to reach CJ to come over within an hour. CJ was polite, informative and able to resolve the immediate situation. Both employees were professional.

CJ came out explained what the issue was with my garage door. He explained that I could replace the track or put in a whole new opener since the opener I already have is 24 years old. I chose to replace the whole thing. He was very professional cleaned up after himself. I would recommend precision to anyone with the garage door issue.

I researched the company’s website and read the reviews. I needed assistance today with my garage door opener and received a same day appointment. The technician was knowledgeable and patient with my questions. He was able the troubleshoot the problem, offered solutions, options and prices. I am happy with the service I received today and would not hesitate in referring Precision to friends, family and neighbors. Yes, my experience was that good.
