A broken spring kept our garage door from operating. I called Precision and spoke to an actual person. She was very polite and professional. A technician was at our home less than 2 hours later. He came in a well-equipped truck and was very professional. I asked him to replace all 4 springs on the two doors and he replaced the worn wheels and cables as well. He worked for an hour and a half; when he was done both doors worked smoother than ever before. A job well done!!

Called Precision Door at 730pm and was able to schedule repair service for the malfunctioning garage door for the very next morning. CJ came out, assessed the issue, recommended some additional repairs and performed a full replacement of the mechanical components. I was impressed with Precision Garage Door Service all through the process, from my phone call to them late at night through the installation of a new garage door opener. Carl was the technician who installed the garage door opener. He was prompt, knowledgeable, he quickly diagnosed and explained what needed to be done and gave me the estimate. There was no hard sell and Carl was very friendly. After I agreed with the replacement and price he quickly got to work replacing the opener. In about an hour he installed a new garage door opener, replaced the rollers and was meticulous about cleaning up. I am completely satisfied with Precision Garage Doors. Doesn't get any better. When its time to replace my garage door I'll definitely be using them. I highly recommend them.

I needed a fast turnaround on a garage door because the house was closing in 1 day and the HOA said it had to be changed. From the person who helped me on the phone to CJ who did the installation, everyone was extremely helpful and worked to make it happen. It was done perfectly and was price comparable to other quotes. This is the third time I have used Precision and have never disappointed me.
