Starting as a technician with Precision Doors in 2006, Jim has been successfully assisting our customers for fifteen years. With his deep breadth of knowledge and experience, he has been instrumental in training and mentoring our technicians, installers, and staff. He now serves as our senior Sales Manager. A great troubleshooter, he loves working for Precision and educating his customers on all matters relating to new garage doors, repairs and maintenance. In his spare time, he loves to play golf and bowl, maintaining his high average with his time-honored night league.

I called for service at about 10:00 AM. By 1:30 PM the tech. was there. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it within 35 minutes. The work was doen cleanly and expertly. I am thouroughly satisfied !!

So far rating is 4 stars. On the original visit in May, the technician measured for a new 2 car garage door. The new door was supposed to be installed on June 15th. I took a personal day from work on that day and 2 technicians arrived on time with the door and dismantled the old door when they realized the new door was the wrong size. The first technician measured wrong. The technicians were are professional and knowledgeable and I understand mistakes happen, but I lost a personal day.

Precision Garage Door repair gets the job done with Precision! Springs &cables were broken on the garage door. Everything was replaced, along with new rollers. Jim Dean was our service technician. He was on-time, courteous and efficient. A bolt had snapped which held the spring and cable was frayed. We had pulleys replaced, bolts and extension cable. Door working beautifully now. I would highly recommend Jim Dean and Precision.

I am giving 5 stars for the technician who performed the services we needed. His name is James Dean. He finished the job in less than 15 minutes from arrival. He arrived within window promised on the same day we called. However, I must note as a consumer, very pricey! After looking up the prices of the parts etc. this was a very expensive 15 minute job. Again though I am not taking anything away from James, he knew his stuff.
