Starting as a technician with Precision Doors in 2006, Jim has been successfully assisting our customers for fifteen years. With his deep breadth of knowledge and experience, he has been instrumental in training and mentoring our technicians, installers, and staff. He now serves as our senior Sales Manager. A great troubleshooter, he loves working for Precision and educating his customers on all matters relating to new garage doors, repairs and maintenance. In his spare time, he loves to play golf and bowl, maintaining his high average with his time-honored night league.

Jim arrived within the 4 hour window and we began discussing my options regarding my needing a new garage door opener. After telling me it would cost more for a new opener and door replacement parts, we decided on a package deal offer that included a new door, parts and opener for a better price. I opted to go with the package deal, so Jim went ahead and placed the order and said when the order arrives at the shop, I will be contacted to set up an installation appointment. I was very satisfied with Jim's knowledge and his willingness to make me the best offer instead of just going ahead and replacing parts piece meal for more money. I would highly recommend Precision for all my future garage door needs.

Incredibly Responsive. I called them for garage door spring replacement at 1:50 pm. At 2:15 the technician called. Arrived at 2:50 and was done by 3:20. Would recommend them. A bit pricey but worth it. Don't think I could have done much better.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! I am a 68 year old woman who's garage door opener died about July 7th. I went to "big box store" who could not install for 30 days. Went to "Sears and I am still waiting for them to call me to set up install (which I paid for). BTW, they both had the unit into my car before I could swipe to pay. I called Precision on a Thursday and had it not only delivered, take the old one away, but installed by a wonderful gentlemen, today, 2 days after I called. Sure, you can save a few dollars else where on the unit, but you will suffer on the installation. Good luck on whatever you choose, but trust me, go with PRECISON.

From the moment making the appointment to the completion of the repair all involved, especially Jim our technician, were courteous, professional and efficient. Saturday around 5:30 p.m. we heard a loud noise that sounded like someone ran into our 2 car garage door. But no, the cable and huge spring had busted. We could not open the two car garage door manually and our cars were stuck inside. I went online, looked up garage door services and chose Precision. We called the 24/7 number, which was answered right away. Sunday morning at 9 a.m. the repair man showed up and an hour later we had lift off of the garage door. There was an extra fee for the service guy to come out on Sunday, but it was worth it to be able to get our cars out of the garage.

After 17 years, things started giving out on my garage door (originally done by Overhead garage Door). It very noisily went down, and when I looked there was a cable hanging down from the side. After spending time trying to figure out where it came from, I called Precision. They were able to come out within hours, had all the needed parts on the truck. They replaced cables, springs, and all the wheels. It's so quiet, you'd think it wasn't working. They were done in about an hour. Very happy customer
