Starting as a technician with Precision Doors in 2006, Jim has been successfully assisting our customers for fifteen years. With his deep breadth of knowledge and experience, he has been instrumental in training and mentoring our technicians, installers, and staff. He now serves as our senior Sales Manager. A great troubleshooter, he loves working for Precision and educating his customers on all matters relating to new garage doors, repairs and maintenance. In his spare time, he loves to play golf and bowl, maintaining his high average with his time-honored night league.

I called late in the evening, a very polite person answered the phone. She was fast and courteous and assigned an available technician the following day. Jim promptly called between the hours that he was assigned. He checked out the issue on the garage door, gave me 2 options and played out the pros and cons of each option. I authorized to proceed with the option I liked. Jim and his co-worker completed the job quickly. He was kind of enough to assist me with 2 minor issues - alignment on my second garage door and setting up my car remote door opener without charging a penny more.

A very professional company to deal with. Called on a Sunday and our technician Jim arrived within the time frame promised the next day, diagnosed the problem and replaced the broken springs. I have used this company before and it has always been a good experience. Highly recommended. Definitely 5 stars!

everything was fine- on time etc. but- the call was 5 minutes long- the only thing wrong with the door was it had been inadvertently locked and it took the tech 5 minutes to fix it. I was charged $94 to "fix" it which I really think is unfair- even if this is the standard price- too bad for me and for you.

They repaired our original garage doors and openers and when the time finally came for an upgrade, they installed our new doors and openers and have maintained them since. Hello Steve. let me just say to you that your company is really incredible. My Garage door springs broke, I called and you had a technician out the next day. You stood by your 5 year warranty covering an install I had done 4 years ago by your company Precision . The Tech that came out was Jim Deen he was the same tech that serviced my door 4 yeas ago. Wow I cant say enough good things about this guy, He's gentleman and a true technician. he answered every question I had and showed up on time, & explained to me how to maintain the door. I give you five stars confidently keep up the good work. & take care of employees like Jim. Thank you!!!

Hi was not happy with service call. Asked tech to add a screw to garage door and he refused...also asked him to tighten top wood base bracket and he also refused, all the time trying to selll me a new system and telling me how"bad" my current unit is. Would not recommend again... $94.00+ for 30 seconds of work to adjust the eye that still didnt work well.

I called Precision Door this morning around 9 - it was around 9 degrees .... mainly to make an appointment for a repair. But I was pleasantly surprised to have someone at my home by the way 11:30! I did feel bad since it was so cold but “Jim” figured out what was the problem and replaced a cable. He was extremely pleasant and I told him I felt bad since the temp was crazy. He just smiled and said “that’s okay, that’s what we do!” So thank you Jim and Precision Door for getting my garage door operating correctly so fast! Very much appreciated.
