Starting as a technician with Precision Doors in 2006, Jim has been successfully assisting our customers for fifteen years. With his deep breadth of knowledge and experience, he has been instrumental in training and mentoring our technicians, installers, and staff. He now serves as our senior Sales Manager. A great troubleshooter, he loves working for Precision and educating his customers on all matters relating to new garage doors, repairs and maintenance. In his spare time, he loves to play golf and bowl, maintaining his high average with his time-honored night league.

I was highly impressed with Jim. He was very polite and honest. I thought I should get a new garage door opener and he said I could just get a new remote. I thought that my opener was old and he said as long as it works and he could get the new remote to work I should be just fine. Thank you for the honesty!

From the person who answered my initial phone call to the technician who repaired the door less than two hours later, I received courteous, informative - to include an accurate estimate - and expert service. First of all I love the word precision that's what got my attention and made me choose your company.. I must say I had a SMALL problem with something that was installed and was not happy and notified precision. They got back to me within hours and also promised to correct it as soon as the part comes in and gave me a credit. Now that's doing good business so I highly recommend this company to all. My son called you early in the evening with the problem of our garage door not being able to open. Someone came out the very next morning. I was pleased to receive an email confirming the appointment and seeing who it was that would be coming to my house. What a great service! Not only was the spring broken on my garage door but he found the little rollers were also in need of replacement. He checked out the whole door to make sure everything was working properly. I was 100% satisfied. I would recommend your company to anyone. Thank you.
