I have over 25 years of customer service experience and have been servicing garage doors since June 2015. I'm originally from NY and moved to New Jersey back in 2013. My spare time is spent with my wife, friends, and family. I have a lot of love for animals and hope to be able to adopt a dog/dogs in the future.

My first intro to see if I would have Precision was the phone conversation with CHRIS, who is the very best person to initially represent Precision. I found Precision Garage Door Service through a Valpac coupon. I was very impressed with their advertisement and special offers and so I called. Their answering operators were very efficient and set up an appointment the next day. My technician Steve Posner called me to let me know he was on his way. He arrived in a extremely nice Precision van on time land was very knowledgeable and solved not only my original problem but also fixed another repair. He was very courteous and did a great job. From start to finish, it was a five star experience! I highly recommend Precision!

Way too expensive. They force you to change everything rather than just one part. Changing 4 pulley would have coated $450.

Precision was great getting me same day service for broken springs; Steve was great, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional in completing the repair.
