My spare time is spent with my wife, friends, and family. I have a lot of love for animals and hope to be able to adopt a dog/dogs in the future.

It’s been a long time since I had such polite professionalism from a company that I searched on line. The CSR was so pleasant to speak with. She answered all my questions and set an appointment so fast. Steve the tech called me to tell me what time he would arrive. He was so pleasant and professional. He knew right away what needed to be replaced abs he for the job done so fast! He also had the patience to speak with my insurance rep He repaired my garage door so fast and it works like it’s brand new! I felt like I knew him forever! What a great guy! My experience with Precision was excellent. I called on Monday and they came out the very next day. Steve gave excellent customer service and knowledgeable about the garage door opener he explained everything to me thoroughly and gave me tips on maintenance as well. He even climbed up there and show me how to replace the lightbulb in the garage door motor. I would highly recommend.

Their answering operators were very efficient and set up an appointment the next day. My technician Steve Posner called me to let me know he was on his way.
