Steve came out and quickly diagnosed the problem with my garage door. He was professional. Unfortunately, he informed that the fee to come out and diagnose the issue was NOT included in the price of the repair. I have been a home owner x 38 years and have never heard of that. Whenever I have had any repairs done, the companies would put the initial fee toward the cost of the job. This turned me off about Precision Garage Doors. The service was costly enough—no need to bleed the customer! Not cool at all.

I called yesterday and Steve, the technician came this morning. He did a complete inspection, then made suggestions and gave me options. I now have smooth gliding rollers and a new entry keypad, as well as lubricated door joints. He also replaced damaged screws, all at a reasonable cost. Steve explained everything as he worked. I can highly recommend Precision based on today’s experience.

I called Precision around noon today. I was told that the serviceman, Steve Posner would arrive between 2 and 5. He called to say he was coming at 1:45 and showed up at 2:30. He assessed the problem and gave me options. He did a rebuild in less than an hour. His work was perfect. He was courteous, and he cleaned up so it looked like he hadn't been there.
