I had my garage doors installed 3 years ago and just had a service check done just to make sure everything was in working order. The technician was great checked all the parts and lubed hinges. Your company installed my garage doors 9 years ago and I have never had a problem until last week. I called late afternoon on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend and there was a tech at my house the next day. I was also impressed that your office still had my information on file. Brian was great. OUTSTANDING!!!! Called early Saturday morning due to a broken torsion spring. Brian arrived before noon and discussed the current condition of all the components of my door. He said that everything looked good except for the spring. He gave me an estimate to replace the springs which I accepted. Brian was very neat and efficient, the job was done in no time. At this time it was discovered that my existing garage door opener, which I have had problems with in the past as it is a cheap opener that was purchased at a big box store, had malfunctioned and it wouldn't all us to re-program it. Brian gave me an estimate to install a new opener, which he had a couple of choices in stock on the truck. I selected an opener and he was able to remove and discard the old unit and install the new one faster than I would have been able to go out and buy one. Brian was personable, efficient, and very detailed in explaining every step of the process. I will recommend Precision to all of my neighbors and friends. Thank you!

I have used Precision before so when the rusty spring broke on my garage door I didn't hesitate to call them. I was also under a very tight time frame because the spring broke at 1:00 p.m with the motorized garage door 75% open and I had to leave to pick up my 7 year old granddaughter from school by 2:45. Brian showed up at my house at 1:45 saw what needed to be done and the garage door was fixed by 2:30. Needless to say a major crisis was diverted!! I highly recommend this company. They are always punctual, professional, polite, and know their business!
