Both telephone personnel and technician were extremely courteous. On site technician was very sympathetic to my distress (having to replace entire system), however I did not doubt his diagnosis even though I would obviously have been happier if repaired us new. I was very impressed with technician and his overall demeanor.

Steve, I could not have asked for anything more from Precision. I needed to have 2 garage doors installed in 3 weeks (by May 1) and after I contacted your office, Brian was at my house the next day to go over the installation and finalize the estimate. There was no surprises on the pricing either! The doors were ordered and installed in only 10 days on 4/22, way ahead of my date needed. Your installer, John was very professional and did an excellent job testing the doors, cleaning up and wiping the doors down. I've already reccomended your firm to a couple of my friends in the neighborhood! Thanks for the professionalism.
