Have used Precision for over 16 years. My door, my opener, springs and other routine maintence issues have been handled by Precision. Can't remember a service call that wasn't on time as promised. Repairs or installations were done quickly and properly. Every tech has been professional and well versed in both products and troubleshooting. Why use anyone else?
