Richie came out to repair the electronic switch to open the garage door three weeks ago and explained at that time why a new door was needed. Sure enough. The spring broke and we called to have him come out and write the order for a new door. He is knowledgeable and an excellent salesman - he did not try to oversell, but rather made responsible recommendations. We are very pleased with the process so far and look forward to getting our new door in a couple of weeks.

When all know when you hire a service company we are taking a leap of faith. Will they be able to fix the problem, how much will it cost, how long will it take. Let me make that leap of faith a lot smaller for you. From the call I made to schedule the service call Precision Garage Doors, exceeded my exceptions. The service technician Gary was on-time, professional and got the job done. With the holidays coming I was concerned about the cost and they were more than fair. I only wish they would provide more services then just garage doors so I wouldnâ??t have to deal with other service companies.
