I wasn't happy to begin with because the tech didn't get there until 5:15 and our window was 12:00-4:00 (which I feel is a large window to begin with). There was no compensation for that but good customer service would have provided that. I would like to say Brian was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, even though he was late, he didn't rush the job or explanation.

I called first because our spring broke. Jim Dean arrived and told us the cost to fix the spring. He also pointed out, which my husband knew, other things wrong. The door was 22 years old.
