I contact Precision after doing research & made a appointment. Rick called to advise the time, arrived and within a short time had inspected the door. Rick showed me the worn parts and reviewed my options and pricing. I choose econ. rebuild and Rick completed the work and tested the door then went over all repairs again. Very professional, polite and certainly knows his business. All parts needed were in truck, cleanup was done and a good job completed start to finish.
