I just could have been more pleased with the technician. He called to say he was arriving. It ended up being more complicated and time consuming than expected, but he took his time to explain all my options. I did not feel pressured into any decision. My son did the leg work to find a reliable company we could trust to be honest with us and tell us exactly what was wrong with the garage doors. The technician Richard Jones was early for the appointment (this was a first). He explained everything to me and gave me his opinion on two different ways to go. I waited until my son got home and let him call the technician to have him explain everything, then we made the decision to replace both doors. Thank you Richard for being so kind to an old lady who doesn't know a lot about garage doors.

Walter is great. He installed all new parts for our door a few months back and fixed the issue we had promptly. He's an asset to your organization. We thought we might have a problem when we called for the appointment. Our door would not close and we were told that we might not be able to be serviced for several days. It all worked out and Walter was here within the scheduled tme window.
