I called Monday AM for service they were here by 2:00 Examined my old opener diagosned the problem ( electrical board shot and recommened my options. I decided to replace the opener with a new belt drive on Damiens recommendations and they replaced it in less than an hour Very professional friendly and courteous. would rate everything about the job a 5 from the girl who answered my call to the end of the job GREAT
