This was the second experience with Precision and again was satisfied. Great response time. A tech was out to my home within an hour! The tech was courteous, knowledgeable and well schooled. He represented the business very well. He also inspected both doors and pointed out a potential safety issue and therefore was given a welcomed ok to correct the problem.

And once he determined that the track was never installed straight, thus causing the wheels to get caught and not operate properly-he fixed it. Now, it works and no longer makes tons of noise. He showed me how to operate the garage door opener from the front key pad, sensor, and Homelink on my car. He answered all questions. He was polite and respectful of my property.
