We had our doors for over 10 years and never had them serviced professionally. We called Precision because we needed someone to check the mechanics of the doors since one door was not functioning properly. Precision scheduled an appointment the following day to check it out and Damien, the tech, had to replace all the mechanical parts for us. We had both doors done and are very happy with the way they are now going up and down smoothly and quietly. Damien was great at explaining the products and doing the job quickly. Thanks, we would recommend your company to our family and friends.

It was so easy to get my garage door repaired. It broke on Sunday and it was fixed by 10:00 AM Monday. Damien was very helpful and informative. I would highly recommend Precision and would use them again myself in the future.

The previous owner of my home used Precision Door Service, so when the day I moved into the house the automatic opener did not work, I called Precision. After a discussion with the salesperson, I decided to purchase a new door. I was not home for the installation, but they came in my absence, installed the door, and cleaned any mess they may have made. When I came home, I noticed that the weather stripping was not adhering properly at the top sides of each door. I called Precision and they came and fixed the problem to my satisfaction in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company. They are professional and trustworthy, and I can tell already that my garage is warmer with the new door.

On Saturday morning at 6am, I heard a loud bang in my garage. The spring that pulls the garage door up and down cracked in half. I did a google search for garage door repairs and your website popped up along with a few others. I left a message for one but got through to your business. Your price to come and fix my door on a Saturday was 50% less than your competitor so I arranged for your tech to come out Saturday afternoon. Damien showed up on time and explained to me what happened, why it happened, and assured me he could fix it in 20 minutes. HE DID!!!!! He was courteous and professional! I am so pleased with your service and will absolutely use your company again! Thanks a million!!!!!

About 8 years ago we had our garage door and assembly including the motor of the unit replaced by Precision. A few months ago one of the springs wore out (normal Wear and tear) and left us with a disaster in our garage. Damien, the technician that was sent to us did a fantastic job and even worked until after hours to complete the job. We had an issue recently with our motor and it was replaced for free, no questions asked thanks to the lifetime warranty on the unit. The technician (Damien again) did a great job. I recommend Damien and the technicians at Precision without hesitation. They have a lifetime customer with our family and friends.

Hi Steve, Thank you for your interest in customer feedback. It certainly is an important aspect of any business. In June 2007 one of my springs broke on the garage door. Precision promptly sent Jim Dean to replace the spring. He recommended a garage door rebuild to which I agreed. Because I was impressed with his knowledge and service I didn't hesitate to call Precision again. This time I needed to replace my door opener. Once more Precision sent a knowledgeable technician, Jeff Wardell. Jeff arrived on time and patiently answered all of my questions including the stupid ones. I think you should give these guys a bonus. They are an asset to your company's reputation and also reflect the spirit of your employees.

5 stars ----(Jim)James Dean was the tech --- came on time, did a check of the door --- told me options --- he did a rebuild and also replaced the trolley (hope I got that part right)--door works better than when I had it installed years ago. Mr Dean was pleasant, professional and wasted no time on the repairs. I would definitely recommend Precision and James Dean. I saw the valpack add and held onto it and then looked you up on internet.I think the prompt service was really a surprise to me. And the lady who took my call was pleasant and helpful too.

Service was fast! Called at 08:45, tech was on site by 09:05. Tech was knowledgeable, friendly, and neat. Repair was completed quickly but correctly. Prices were a little steep, however an accurate estimate was completed prior to any work beginning.
