We have been using Precision for a few years now, but come to think of it, we should have used them a lot earlier. They are always dependable, knowledgeable, and they always fixed it right the first time. The techs are courteous and professional. The representatives over the phone are always a pleasure to deal with. Every service company in the world should look to Precision as a role model for their operations!!!

Excellent service. Called Precision to replace garage door spring which was under warranty. Gentleman phoned before arrive, evaluated the situation & replaces the spring. Easy enough. Called on a Monday and they came Wednesday morning. Bobby was great. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He installed new belt drive motor, cables, rollers, sensors and opener. He made sure we were completely satisfied before he left and explained how everything worked, WiFi etc.
