They repaired our original garage doors and openers and when the time finally came for an upgrade, they installed our new doors and openers and have maintained them since. All the employees are friendly, professional and helpful, from the office staff to the technicians. I know that if I ever have an issue, Precision will go above and beyond to get it taken care of.

Great company! Today was the first time I used their service and can’t say enough good things about them. I couldn’t open my garage to get my car out due to broken torsion spring. I called at 8:00 am and by 11:00 am their very excellent technician Brian was working on my problem. There customer service was excellent and everyone I spoke with was courteous, helpful and informative. Especially Brian!
