Called the company that had installed my garage doors and was told I couldn’t get a repair appt for 6 days! Called Precision and got an appt the next day. I saw you when checking online for torsion spring replacements & went to your website. Everything sounded good so I made the call. The appointment was so easy to make for the next day. I was told the tech would call with an approximate time as he was finishing a prior job - he said 40 minutes & was here in 30! The job took 1/2 hour, he cleaned up & took everything out to his truck. He wore a mask & was very respectful. )Sorry about my overly friendly dog!) The billing process was also very easy & touchless. I’d definitely recommend you to anyone with a garage door problem.
