Recently the snow removal contractor managed to damage my garage door so that it needed to be replaced. I contacted a number of garage door companies in the area and, as usual several did not show. However, Precision sent a Technician who reviewed the damage and confirmed that the door needed to be replaced. I requested a quote and after reviewing another quotation from a different vendor, I decided to go with Precision as their quote was more comprehensive and covered everything. As I live in a large condo community, I am restricted as to the the look of the door that I could use. Precision had done many replacements in my community so they knew the restrictions and was able to do a perfect match. Once I signed the quotation, they ordered the door and several days later the office called me to tell me that they had received the door and we set up an install date. On the date, even though we were having a torrential downpour, the crew arrived on time and went immediately to work disassembling the old door and installing the new door. The work took a little over three hours and included replacing all the door rails and motor. The installation was very neat and clean. The crew removed the old door, motor and all the packing material that the new door came in and cleaned the entire work area. Once everything was installed, I was shown how to operate the door and all its features, and given all the manuals and warranties. I am very pleased with the installation and found the Precision crew and Techs to be very professional, friendly, easy to work with. I don't typically go out of my way to do recommendations but Precision's response and timeliness got me out of a very difficult situation and I greatly appreciate their efforts.

Saturday around 5:30 p.m. we heard a loud noise that sounded like someone ran into our 2 car garage door. But no, the cable and huge spring had busted. We could not open the two car garage door manually and our cars were stuck inside. I went online, looked up garage door services and chose Precision. We called the 24/7 number, which was answered right away. Sunday morning at 9 a.m. the repair man showed up and an hour later we had lift off of the garage door. There was an extra fee for the service guy to come out on Sunday, but it was worth it to be able to get our cars out of the garage.

Brandon was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough as he explained we needed to have the pulleys replaced. He was not pushing to replace other parts which were still in working order. He was on time (appointment between 10-12, he arrived at 10:20). He called to say he was about 20 minutes out and he was correct. After 17 years, things started giving out on my garage door (originally done by Overhead garage Door). It very noisily went down, and when I looked there was a cable hanging down from the side. After spending time trying to figure out where it came from, I called Precision. They were able to come out within hours, had all the needed parts on the truck. They replaced cables, springs, and all the wheels. It's so quiet, you'd think it wasn't working. They were done in about an hour. Very happy customer
