As I had a past experience with your company, I felt comfortable and confident that my service today would be "well done" and it was. Your technician, Brian, was very helpful. He explained what needed to be done. Various parts needed to be replaced and Brian accomplished the job efficiently. My garage door is once again working properly. I will definitely use Precision in the future, as well as recommend them to my friends and family.

Brandon came out for a trouble shoot/repair for a lift master garage door opener that was not working correctly after a power outage. He not only reprogrammed the unit but explained what happened and how to adjust it in the future. He also provided very helpful info. On how to tell when spring/pulley maintenance/replacement should occur. He was very quick, Informative,and courteous. Precision will be the only one called for ANY further maintenance!

I had my garage doors installed 3 years ago and just had a service check done just to make sure everything was in working order. The technician was great checked all the parts and lubed hinges. I love my doors. I get so many compliments and they work great. From the start the staff at precision was great honest and reliable. I would strongly recommend them.

I give Precision a 5 star for their incredible service and commitment. I had precision install a torsion spring type garage door setup for me last march. Towards the end of last yr and into this yr, I started getting a bind when closing the garage door via the opener. I was able to get through the winter months by adjusting the door opener to compensate for the bind but it kept getting worse. A week back, the door started reversing back as soon as it felt a bind and would no longer close using the door opener. I reached out to Precision because I could not see any objects or binds and felt it was time to seek professional help. The tech showed up, spent a bit of time and could not find anything wrong. He eventually decided to redo the torsion spring setup all over again. Right away the bind was gone and the garage door now closed as expected. I was initially charged a service fee since the warranty ran out after 1 yr but when I left a note for management, Steve (the owner) called me back. Upon my explanation, he took full ownership of the issue and gave me a full refund. I am grateful to Steve and Precision for standing behind their work and doing things right. I will be a repeat customer for life, a big thanks to this wonderful experience.

I requested a code change for my garage door. A gentlemen by the name of Cody came and erased the old code and programmed the new code for the control box, 2 remotes, & the button on my rear view mirror in my car. He was professional, knowledgeable, and just a really nice guy. I'm very happy with the job he did for me.

Cody was our service representative. He called our home and let us know when he was arriving. He was pleasant, professional and a pure delight while he was working in our home. Your company installed my garage doors 9 years ago and I have never had a problem until last week. I called late afternoon on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend and there was a tech at my house the next day. I was also impressed that your office still had my information on file. Brian was great. Jason came out this afternoon, and installed new springs on our garage door. We had an unusual system, in which the springs were not readily visible. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and did a great job at installing our new system. Jason was professional and courteous, and explained everything along the way. He tested the installation numerous times before he left. A very kind and thoughtful technician. I definitely give Jason- and Precision- high marks! A total pleasure.
