Our experience with Brandon Higgins was excellent, and I have complimented him to his supervisor. He explained everything patiently to my wife and myself as to what the problem was, the best way to handle it, and to deal with our future concerns. He repaired our existing door, and clarified the benefits of its replacement, which we will do soon. So we give him five stars, and Precision treated our needs quickly and cordially. Your advertising was fine, but didn't influence us.

I was pleased to be able to call on a Sunday to set up an appointment right away on Monday. Brandon was right on time and explained what he was going to do. He was very professional and completed the job in good time. The website is wonderful. It is nice to know that when a technician approaches your door that he is legitimate based on his uniform and vehicle.

Brandon was my service tech. He was polite, on time, knowledgeable and friendly. I thought I needed rollers but I actually had to have my pulleys replaced. He did a full inspection of my working parts and had my job done in maybe 15 minutes with a full print out of his inspection. I would absolutely recommend this company for all your door and service needs.

He was very professional, courteous, explained every option that I had. He called and told me that he was on his way, which I really appreciated. Brandon knew immediately what was causing my problem. He quickly installed a new motor, plus a new keypad. Then he explained everything to me step by step, lining up the sensors, showing me if a power failure exists what to do. When he was finished I called your office to say how happy I was with your service and I would highly recommend your company. 5 stars. Thank you Tom Lusko.
