Brandon called fifteen before arriving, introduced himself politely, and listened to my wandering account of what I thought had happened to my high-end garage-door opener. And then he got to work, replacing a burned-out panel and reprogramming the door openers and panel. Once finished, he explained everything he had done thoroughly and suggested a surge-protector that I could easily install. Payment was an easy swipe of my credit card. In addition to the service itself, the receptionist whom I called this morning, set up the appointment effectively and emailed me a confirmation. I have already recommended Precision to a friend. I have complete confidence in this company.
