My son called you early in the evening with the problem of our garage door not being able to open. Someone came out the very next morning. I was pleased to receive an email confirming the appointment and seeing who it was that would be coming to my house. What a great service! Not only was the spring broken on my garage door but he found the little rollers were also in need of replacement. He checked out the whole door to make sure everything was working properly. I was extremely satisfied with the experience I had with Precision. The service was quick and they were very punctual with the appointment.The technician diagnosed the problem and repaired it immediately with parts that he already had on the truck. There was no waiting and we were using our door again in little over an hour. The service I received was great and I would highly recommend Precision to anyone looking for a company that is on time and gets the job done professionally and as quickly as possible. Brandon came out for a trouble shoot/repair for a lift master garage door opener that was not working correctly after a power outage. He not only reprogrammed the unit but explained what happened and how to adjust it in the future. He also provided very helpful info. On how to tell when spring/pulley maintenance/replacement should occur. He was very quick, Informative,and courteous. Precision will be the only one called for ANY further maintenance!
