Called for service on Saturday for a broken spring. I was advised that unable to respond until Monday given a time slot. Well before time spot advised by tech he was on his way. Tech inspected door and replaced damaged parts. Made sure all was in working order before I made payment. Very happy with service and will use again.

I have used Precision before so when the rusty spring broke on my garage door I didn't hesitate to call them. I was also under a very tight time frame because the spring broke at 1:00 p.m with the motorized garage door 75% open and I had to leave to pick up my 7 year old granddaughter from school by 2:45. Brian showed up at my house at 1:45 saw what needed to be done and the garage door was fixed by 2:30. Needless to say a major crisis was diverted!! I highly recommend this company. They are always punctual, professional, polite, and know their business!

Great customer service from the get go. Called Monday evening and someone was able to come out Wednesday morning. Received a courtesy call promptly 20 minutes before the technitions arrival, just as they told me they would on the phone Monday. Assessment of what needed to be fixed along with the repair was under an hour and done very well.
