I guess I thought the price was too high. Then I compared to other online services and parts and I see the price was fair. After the work was done in thought I paid too much for the short amount of time it took to repair the damage. BUT, I realized when you know what you are doing you don't need to waste time figuring out what needs to be done. Bottom line, service man Brian knew exactly what needed to be done plus recommend what to look out for in the future to extend the life of the whole garage system. There was NO pressure to buy additional things that could wait for now, but to keep an eye on it just in case. Most of all Brian was very respectful and he knew what he was doing. Thanks Brian.

I called first thing in the morning. Talked with Amanda. She said a tech would be here between 10-2. saying to myself,,,,yea right. To my surprise, 10A.M. he showed. Very polite and attacked the problem. He "tweeked" a few small problems along with fixing my reason for calling. I highly recommend this company.

I like how everything was confirmed in an email and that I had the opportunity to read our technician's bio. Excellent idea. Brian came exactly within the time period specified. He is friendly, clear, capable and patient. He quickly ascertained the problem, gave me a quote to fix it, and then explained the different options in purchasing a new door, which I said upfront that I was prepared to do. I could not ask for better service from start to finish. Thank you!
