The whole process was easy. The girls in the office were friendly and accommodating. They were understanding of our problem, and made an appointment for the very next day! When it came time for our appointment, CJ was wonderful! He came out and diagnosed our problem. He installed new springs and bearings on our old garage door opener. He was friendly, helpful, extremely knowledgeable and wow was he thorough!! We will definitely be calling Precision Garage Doors to install a new unit soon! Thank you!

I needed a last minute repair for my broken garage door spring and they sent someone over within a few hours of me calling them on Good Friday (a human person even answered the phone!). Our garage door spring had broken so I called Precision and talked to Amanda. She was very pleasant and helpful and told me they could have someone come to look at it that same day. The service man called and told us he was on his way. He introduced himself and told me where he was from. He assessed the problem and told me what the cost would be. We proceeded with the repair and was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. We now have a working garage door thanks to Brian! I would definitely recommend Precision . Joe Yazal did an exceptional job replacing the springs, cables wires and rollers on my garage door opener. He had to make many adjustments to make his new parts fit onto my old door. He went above and beyond to make the parts fit.

My garage door spring snapped in half making the door useless. The automatic door opener would get it and few inches off the ground then started beeping and brought it back down. The online reviews brought me to Precision and I'm glad they did. 30 minutes from my phone call, a technician was at my house. He examined the door and made recommendations. Given the age of the door hardware and obvious wear, I decided to do more than just replace the spring even though the installer said it was viable to just do that. The work was handled professionally and the installer was both patient and knowledgeable. There was no pressure to pick any specific solution, I was just provided with the information including cost and what the benefits and downside of each. End of the day I'll definitely use them again if needed and would confidently recommend them to friends and family.
