Precision got a good review on one of our local neighbor websites so we decided to call them. We got a visit the same day from Steve Posner, who diagnosed and fixed our problem in 2 minutes! Steve gave us an estimate for a new door with the works and we decided to go with it because our door is really old and his price was quite fair. Highly recommend Steve and Precision Door!

My garage door came off track and was stuck in an open position. I called Precision Door Service within minutes of it happening. Within 90 minutes of my phone call technician Brian Ford Jr showed up. He put me completely at ease and had my garage door back on track and functioning in less than 30 minutes. He also helped me reset my garage door keypad that wasn't working, and showed me how to reactivate it if an electric outage occurred and turned it off again. Brian also shared some ideas with me to make it easier to open and close the garage door in my detached garage from inside my house. I can not say enough about the wonderful quick and efficient service I received from Precision Door Service and especially from their technician Brian Ford Jr.

We had Brian the younger come to repair a recurring problem with the garage door that was installed a year and a half ago. One of the rollers keeps dislodging from the rail. He had been here before and was very helpful and honest. He reset the mechanism and told us that if it happened again to call back for a further adjustment. Hopefully, that will not be necessary, although this is the third time we have needed help with the same problem. The company has been very coopoerative in extending our warranty for this recurring problem, and we remain loyal customers.

My great experience with Precision Door began when I placed my call to set up an appointment. I was greeted by a courteous, helpful agent that got me an appointment for the following morning. Steve, my garage door specialist called me 15 minutes out, arrived on time & introduced himself upon arrival. He listened to me while I described the problem with our garage door opener, answered all of my questions, offered options & gave prices. He replaced parts, all of which he had in his truck. Steve was polite and professional. I highly recommend Precision Door.
