The Service Tech Joe repaired my existing door and installed a new motor. Joe went over the installation and I ordered a new door which will take a couple of weeks to arrive. Joe explained everything in detail and I am very happy with the service and response time.

I didn't know who to call when we needed our garage door fixed so I came on to the internet and started looking around for someone local. I came across your page and was instantly drawn the the positive reviews I read. I decided to give you guys a shot and called to make an appointment. Mike came out the next day and fixed our problem so quickly!! He was very professional, very nice and very knowledgeable. Hopefully I won't need my garage door fixed again but if I ever do, you'll be the first ones I call. and if I ever know of someone needing services, you'll be the first ones I recommend!

We have used Precision and will continue to do so. They are pleasant to deal with, the phones are always answered and they are very prompt. Today our Precision Garage Doors technician was Cody. He was very polite, friendly and thoroigh. Cody fixed our garage door, checked everything and made some observations and suggestions regarding our aging machinery. But no hard up-sell. The pricing is transparent and fair. I highly recommend Precision

Great job from start to finish . They made replacing my garage door easy . The price was reasonable too. Just about two weeks to order and complete. Both Technicians were knowledgeable and polite. Connor came in the snow and installed the door today and he did a great job. The door looks really nice, so much better than the old one .

My garage door was out of alignment and my sensors on my garage door were starting to go bad. I called Precision Garage Door Service based on their reviews and business history. They were very responsive and sent a repairman the next morning. Corey arrived promptly and was able to pinpoint the issues, let me know the cost options up front, and had the replacements and repairs done quickly. Corey was excellent, explaining what he had done to fix the issues. Kudos as well to the agent who booked the appointments and provided me with copies of my invoices, very helpful and caring. Very satisfied with the service Precision provided.

5 STARS! MY DOOR WAS VERY INCONSITENT WITH OPENING EVEN AFTER NUMEROUS BATTERY CHANGES. I CALLED AN TAYLOR ANSWERED AND SENT STEVE OUT. HE WAS A TOTAL PRO AND FIXED THE PROBLEM IN A MINUTE. The office staff were professional and knowledgeable. They told me exactly what would happen, and it work just as they said. Michael, the technician called 20 minutes before his arrival. He quickly assessed the problem and gave me two options. After weighing both options, I agreed to the repair. It was done in the time I was told. The garage door was repaired and fixed. I was very satisfied with the end result.

Bobby was very helpful and explained everything that was done. He was very kind, respectful, reliable, knowledgeable and understanding and explained if the garage door gets noisy, what I can do. He fixed the problem on the garage door remotes. I would recommend Precision.
