Called Precision on a Saturday afternoon and was told that they could have a repair person out that day. He (CJ) called about 5 minutes later and told me he'd be at my home in an hour. He showed up right on time and replaced all HW on my garage door in about 35 minutes. Did a great job, was knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need.
