Torsion spring broke the day before Easter and we were stuck. Called Precision Garage Door. Cody was at our house in a few hours and quickly assessed the situation. He was clear and concise and explained everything. He fixed the door in less than an hour. He was great. I would highly recommend him and Precision!

Recently the snow removal contractor managed to damage my garage door so that it needed to be replaced. I contacted a number of garage door companies in the area and, as usual several did not show. However, Precision sent a Technician who reviewed the damage and confirmed that the door needed to be replaced. I requested a quote and after reviewing another quotation from a different vendor, I decided to go with Precision as their quote was more comprehensive and covered everything. As I live in a large condo community, I am restricted as to the the look of the door that I could use. Precision had done many replacements in my community so they knew the restrictions and was able to do a perfect match. Once I signed the quotation, they ordered the door and several days later the office called me to tell me that they had received the door and we set up an install date. On the date, even though we were having a torrential downpour, the crew arrived on time and went immediately to work disassembling the old door and installing the new door. The work took a little over three hours and included replacing all the door rails and motor. The installation was very neat and clean. The crew removed the old door, motor and all the packing material that the new door came in and cleaned the entire work area. Once everything was installed, I was shown how to operate the door and all its features, and given all the manuals and warranties. I am very pleased with the installation and found the Precision crew and Techs to be very professional, friendly, easy to work with. I don't typically go out of my way to do recommendations but Precision's response and timeliness got me out of a very difficult situation and I greatly appreciate their efforts.

Cody was prompt, friendly, and highly professional. He completely explained what was needed, offering 2 options for repairs as well as noting hidden prices. The current ValPak coupon was accepted without needing to find it, even though we did eventually pull it up on our smartphones. Garage door works much better now with all the new parts. My garage door spring broke and we could not open it. I called in the morning and Precision was very fast to respond. Same day service. Cody was our technician. Very friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem instantly and gave us options. He was fast and efficient. All the office staff I spoke with on the phone were also very helpful and friendly.
