Thanks for the repair of the broken cable. My input is to have a yearly check for any loose or weak spring or cable, so we can further damages and this is very dangerous if the broken cable or spring swing into the person close to the garage.

Outside of being late by an hour, Brian was excellent in doing his work. If he is being delayed, he should contact the customer and tell him that he is being delayed. He explained everything to me and made recommendations to maintain the door.

Was pleasantly surprised to have someone respond to my telephone call on Jan 1, 2015 and even more pleased to be able to schedule repairman visit for the following day. This was important because of plans to be away from home for vacation starting Jan 3. Cody, the technician was all one could ask for and resolved our Keypad issue promptly and professionally. Definitely 5 stars. Will never look elsewhere for gagarge door help.

Steve, I could not have asked for anything more from Precision. I needed to have 2 garage doors installed in 3 weeks (by May 1) and after I contacted your office, Brian was at my house the next day to go over the installation and finalize the estimate. There was no surprises on the pricing either! The doors were ordered and installed in only 10 days on 4/22, way ahead of my date needed. Your installer, John was very professional and did an excellent job testing the doors, cleaning up and wiping the doors down. I've already reccomended your firm to a couple of my friends in the neighborhood! Thanks for the professionalism.
