4/14/20 I just came home to a broken garage door. I had the whole garage door mechanism replaced for over 1,400.00 almost 1,500.00 and it’s broke... I called this company and was informed there will be an $89.00 service fee! After 3 weeks this isn’t covered? After raising my voice I was then informed she didn’t know what “ my warrantee covers?? Are you kidding me.. after 3 weeks she would even say that to me! I asked for a supervisor and then was informed no one there.... DO NO USE THIS COMPANY!

Chose precision door service because it a a local company... Easy to get an emergency appointment, the tech arrive shortly after setting the appointment... Fixed my trouble quickly. No fuss, no problem... Approximately and a half hours from getting an appointment to completing the repair... Well done...

Received a quote from Cody who was very prompt, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Kudos Cody !!! Within two weeks as promised we had Bruce come out to take down old door and opener. He was also prompt, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Would check in with me to let me know what they were doing every step of the way and how long it would take. Work was done promptly and professionally. Kudos to you too Bruce !!! Precision is how every company should operate. Highly recommend using this company :-)
