Hello, I just had a 2 garage doors and motors installed. Installer Tony A. arrived promptly Tony was friendly and professional. He informed me of his tasks and executed them with skillful workmanship. The aluminum wrap around the garage doors was the icing. We're very happy with the garage doors and his work. On time, very knowledgeable and willing to work with me to provide exactly the services I needed and helpful suggestions for ongoing maintenance. I am a USMC Veteran and disabled and the service technician moved several mowers, tractors, etc. out of the garage area so he could work on two garage doors, and insisted that I let him handle it because of my physical limitations. This is an example of a thoughtful professional truly looking after the needs of the customer.

Precision is terrific!!! Their workers are pleasant, friendly and very professional. Their work is excellent! Last year I had a problem with one of my lift motors. By mistake I called a different company. Although pleasant, I had to call them back twice more--and the motor still didn't work. I called Precision and they fixed the problem immediately!!

INSTALLATION OF SPRINGS, ROLLERS, AND CABLES WENT SMOOTHLY AND EFFICIENT. SAFETY SENSORS SHOULD HAVE BEEN MOVED UP TO AVOID BRACKET FROM HITTING. THIS ISSUE WAS RESOLVED BY GARY LEWIS THE NEXT DAY.

We contacted Precision because they performed work for us before and are very happy with past experiences. Gary diagnosed the problem quickly, explained what needed to be done to repair the opener, performed the repair quickly and made any adjustments to ensure the door would open and close correctly. Would not hesitate call and use Precision in the future if needed.

I contacted Precision because they appeared to have a great reputation in the community. Their technician Gary arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and gave me several options to repair my door. I didn't accept the lowest cost option, but it was offered to me. He repaired the door, adjusted the opener, lubricated and performed maintenance on the entire mechanism, and took the time to speak with me to make sure I was satisfied with everything. Honestly, the door and opener operate BETTER than when we moved into the home 2 years ago. Based on my experience, I would recommend Precision for any overhead door needs. Also, based on this experience, I don't think I will need to contact them ever again for this door. The repair was that good! And that is EXACTLY what you want...

Jim Dean was our service technician. He was on-time, courteous and efficient. A bolt had snapped which held the spring and cable was frayed. We had pulleys replaced, bolts and extension cable. Door working beautifully now. I would highly recommend Jim Dean and Precision.
