Great company! Today was the first time I used their service and can’t say enough good things about them. I couldn’t open my garage to get my car out due to broken torsion spring. I called at 8:00 am and by 11:00 am their very excellent technician Brian was working on my problem. There customer service was excellent and everyone I spoke with was courteous, helpful and informative. Especially Brian! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and they are definitely my garage door company. Thanks Precision!

I called for service at about 10:00 AM. By 1:30 PM the tech. was there. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it within 35 minutes. The work was doen cleanly and expertly. I am thouroughly satisfied !!

This was the first time I used Precision. They were able to accommodate my schedule with a Saturday appointment at a time convenient for me. Cody was the technician assigned. He called to advise when he was coming and arrived on time. He was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He looked over the problem, advised what the remedy would be, how much it would cost and how long it would take. I would use them again.

I must say I had a SMALL problem with something that was installed and was not happy and notified precision.
