Yesterday, your technician Richard Jones was here to fix my garage door. It was a pleasure to meet him and he did a wonderful job. This was a door I tried to replace myself and had problems getting the door to close properly. Richard saw what the problem was and was able to fix it in about an hour. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I am in sales and we are all used to hearing about when things go wrong, that is why I wanted to send you this email.
