I twas a pleasure to deal with your technician who was totally professional and had excellent ideas for solving a garage door problem which has plagued us for years. He did the work quickly and suggested simple steps to extend the life of parts of the garage door system. His attitude and work reflected positively on your company and recalls a time when technicians were proud of their work product and were willing to go the extra mile for customers. I will certainly recommend your company to my neighbors and friends.

The service was prompt and the mechanic was very knowledgeable. I previously had two other companies try to fix the problem, neither could and they charged me over $200.00. Thank you for fixing the problem and charging me only for the service call.

very expensive , precision charged me 400% cost of parts , same exact part in sears is 1/4 price of precision and i even asked technician about best suggestion and he said few bucks more at some place and less at some place but their charges of parts is way expensive . Can't trust again and not going to call again and not recommend

When all know when you hire a service company we are taking a leap of faith. Will they be able to fix the problem, how much will it cost, how long will it take. Let me make that leap of faith a lot smaller for you. From the call I made to schedule the service call Precision Garage Doors, exceeded my exceptions. The service technician Gary was on-time, professional and got the job done. With the holidays coming I was concerned about the cost and they were more than fair. I only wish they would provide more services then just garage doors so I wouldnâ??t have to deal with other service companies.
