The Technician - Cody was very helpful in coordinating the procurement of the parts & fixing it in a timely manner. The product was going to take much longer for shipping but he was resourceful in getting it and fixing it in time.

Excellent Service from estimate to installation. The technicians did excellent job in explaining the job needed to be done, why it needs to be done and how it would be done. The installation technician is very pleasant, did excellent job, the garage doors he put in were beautiful. He also cleaned up whatever he brought in and left with the garage exactly the way it was before he came. I will not hesitate to call Precision again or recommend it to any one.

Gary was prompt and very helpful!! Gave good advice and was very knowledgeable. He did his work quickly and efficiently, but took his time to show me how everything worked.
