Had immediate service on a Saturday afternoon by a tech that was professional & knowledgeable every step of the way in explaining the issues I should address to get my door fully functional & secure. He rebuilt my single, multi panel garage door in it's entirety, in less than an hour, which included springs, rollers, and cables. Awesome service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended and surely 5 stars.

Cody was our service representative. He called our home and let us know when he was arriving. He was pleasant, professional and a pure delight while he was working in our home. He was conscientious of our pet while he was working and explained the directions of our new keypad thoroughly. We would definitely contact Precision and request Cody for our next service call.

Jason came out this afternoon, and installed new springs on our garage door. We had an unusual system, in which the springs were not readily visible. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and did a great job at installing our new system. Jason was professional and courteous, and explained everything along the way. He tested the installation numerous times before he left. A very kind and thoughtful technician. I definitely give Jason- and Precision- high marks! A total pleasure.

I was very disappointed to be treated to the old "bait and switch". I expected a spring repair. Instead I was told that I needed to replace both doors to the tune of $2000. I was told that a spring repair with cost $700. I just paid another vendor $149 for this repair. SHAME ON YOU! I paid a service call fee for nothing. I will be reporting this to the Consumer Bureau and the AARP
