I was very disappointed to be treated to the old "bait and switch". I expected a spring repair. Instead I was told that I needed to replace both doors to the tune of $2000. I was told that a spring repair with cost $700. I just paid another vendor $149 for this repair. SHAME ON YOU! I paid a service call fee for nothing. I will be reporting this to the Consumer Bureau and the AARP

We called found Precision in the telephone book. Our garage door was not working well and was making a lot of noise. The repair people came and found the problem and repaired it, along with some other things that were potential problems. We were very pleased with the attitude and professionalism of your employees. The service was great, start to finish. Receptionist was very nice and appointment set the same day. Cody arrived within the quoted time frame - he was no nonsense & saw the issue right away. He quoted me the price & the expected time to fix and then got right to work. He was very nice and very efficient.

We were in need of replacing garage doors / openers that were 20 years old. The process began very well with a thorough inspection and estimate. The costs were very competitive. Choosing the right components and colors was important to us. Delivery time on parts was very good. Scheduling was easy and hassle-free. Installers showed up on time and completed the job in the expected timeframe. Very thorough. Very clean. There was absolutely no sign that anybody was there other than to have brand new, well functioning new garage doors, remotes, and remote keypad. I would highly recommend this company to others!!
