It’s been a long time since I had such polite professionalism from a company that I searched on line. The CSR was so pleasant to speak with. She answered all my questions and set an appointment so fast. Steve the tech called me to tell me what time he would arrive. He was so pleasant and professional. He knew right away what needed to be replaced abs he for the job done so fast! He also had the patience to speak with my insurance rep He repaired my garage door so fast and it works like it’s brand new! I felt like I knew him forever! What a great guy! I would recommend this company and Steve to everyone!

My experience with Precision was excellent. I called on Monday and they came out the very next day. Steve gave excellent customer service and knowledgeable about the garage door opener he explained everything to me thoroughly and gave me tips on maintenance as well. He even climbed up there and show me how to replace the lightbulb in the garage door motor. I would highly recommend.

One of our garage door openers of 14 years did not function. I called Precision Garage Doors and C.J. came to our home within an hour. He installed a brand new garage door opener very quickly, showed us how to download the remote to my phone and synced it to my car. Just a great job. I couldn’t be happier. Precision doors were very professional and their installation of our two garage door openers. They came on time, perform their job with minimal distraction and cleaned up after themselves. They were excellent at explaining how to use the new door openers and I would recommend them highly.
