Excellent customer service from start to finish. CSR picked up on second ring on a Sunday afternoon at 3pm. Service Technician showed up next day at 11:00am and fixed the problem. Very nice guy.

My experience with Precision was excellent. I called on Monday and they came out the very next day. Steve gave excellent customer service and knowledgeable about the garage door opener he explained everything to me thoroughly and gave me tips on maintenance as well. He even climbed up there and show me how to replace the lightbulb in the garage door motor. I would highly recommend.
