I have called them because the last time we got an efficient help years ago from the Precision Door Service for our garage repair. Our garage had an issue around 11:30 and I called soon after. Efficient communication later, I got a call and was informed they will be coming betweeb 12-3. They came and by 3pm our garage was back in working condition. Thank you for the efficient service in the midst of pandemic! It is stressful to have this issue and having a speedy and efficient service brings stress free result! Thank YOU so much!!

Service was great!! Thought I was able to fix this myself but when I unscrewed the plate it was spring loaded. Tom fixed it faster than I broke it. He explained everything. Next time I just call

I came home today and saw both of my garage doors completed it's amazing how Tony does this all by himself I am so happy my wife is so happy this job is professionally done I do not know how much to thank him I was not at home at the time when it was installed my niece was there but I wish I was there he is very professional and we are very very very pleased with the installation that was done words cannot explain Tony thank you so much job well done we love it.

I called late in the evening, a very polite person answered the phone. She was fast and courteous and assigned an available technician the following day. Jim promptly called between the hours that he was assigned. He checked out the issue on the garage door, gave me 2 options and played out the pros and cons of each option. I authorized to proceed with the option I liked. Jim and his co-worker completed the job quickly. He was kind of enough to assist me with 2 minor issues - alignment on my second garage door and setting up my car remote door opener without charging a penny more.

Brian came out for the service call. He was on time. He was friendly, knowledgeable and an excellent technician. He identified the problem. Presented what steps he was going to take to solve the problem and provided me with maintenance tips to prevent the problem from happening again.
