Brian came out for the service call. He was on time. He was friendly, knowledgeable and an excellent technician. He identified the problem. Presented what steps he was going to take to solve the problem and provided me with maintenance tips to prevent the problem from happening again. Precision is my garage door repair company and the company I will recommend to friends and neighbors. Great company and staff. Very pleased.

I'm not a big "reviewer", but in this case I had to take the time to write a few comments. Precision Door is great! We went back and forth with them for probably 2 years (they came out twice to give us quotes). But every interaction I've had with them has been top-notch - whether by phone or in person. And our installer Tony was THE MAN. I've never seen such efficient work! He arrived on-time, we exchanged a few pleasantries, then he set-up shop and went about his work. I 100% recommend working with Precision Door of NJ!

Brandon is terrific! He arrived within an hour for an emergency call. He was friendly, courteous, clear in his explanation. He told me all I needed to know to understand what had happened with my door. He fixed it perfectly.... And, all with a smile after a long day of work being on call. Precision's team is the very best of any business I have dealt with in my 42 years of being a home owner. Brandon called fifteen before arriving, introduced himself politely, and listened to my wandering account of what I thought had happened to my high-end garage-door opener. And then he got to work, replacing a burned-out panel and reprogramming the door openers and panel. Once finished, he explained everything he had done thoroughly and suggested a surge-protector that I could easily install. Payment was an easy swipe of my credit card. In addition to the service itself, the receptionist whom I called this morning, set up the appointment effectively and emailed me a confirmation. I have already recommended Precision to a friend. I have complete confidence in this company.
