So far rating is 4 stars. On the original visit in May, the technician measured for a new 2 car garage door. The new door was supposed to be installed on June 15th. I took a personal day from work on that day and 2 technicians arrived on time with the door and dismantled the old door when they realized the new door was the wrong size. The first technician measured wrong. The technicians were are professional and knowledgeable and I understand mistakes happen, but I lost a personal day.

This is the second time I have called Precision. The first was a around three years ago when the garage door derailed from the track. The second was when the gear of the motor conked out. Both times the technician diagnosed the issue correctly and fixed it efficiently. They explained the problem, gave good recommendations and got the job done quickly.

Jim arrived within the 4 hour window and we began discussing my options regarding my needing a new garage door opener. After telling me it would cost more for a new opener and door replacement parts, we decided on a package deal offer that included a new door, parts and opener for a better price. I opted to go with the package deal, so Jim went ahead and placed the order and said when the order arrives at the shop, I will be contacted to set up an installation appointment. I was very satisfied with Jim's knowledge and his willingness to make me the best offer instead of just going ahead and replacing parts piece meal for more money.
