Brandon came out for a trouble shoot/repair for a lift master garage door opener that was not working correctly after a power outage. He not only reprogrammed the unit but explained what happened and how to adjust it in the future. He also provided very helpful info. On how to tell when spring/pulley maintenance/replacement should occur. He was very quick, Informative,and courteous. Precision will be the only one called for ANY further maintenance!

Expecting Brian but Jayson arrived. He was initially stumped by failure of door to open and close. He eventually manipulated buttons on device and corrected the problem. He installed a new keypad and programmed it. All remotes worked at this point. He allowed me to try them before he left. He was courteous and determined to correct the problems-nice guy!
