We saw a coupon for a new garage door opener and called because our unit didn't seem to work with more than one remote. We even looked up the model we have online. Today was the appointment to have the install. Our service technician was Brian. He asked what the issue was with our current unit so I explained how we can only program one remote so since I share the garage with my husband, we put in a keypad opener so we both can use the garage. It stinks when it rains or snows because we have to get out of the car to open or close the door. He said he could program both the pad and the remote to work. Turns out our old remote was broken so we purchased two remotes, he programed our on board opener in our new car, AND the existing keypad to work! He saved us hundreds of dollars! I took his card to share with neighbors in my development.

I guess I thought the price was too high. Then I compared to other online services and parts and I see the price was fair. After the work was done in thought I paid too much for the short amount of time it took to repair the damage. BUT, I realized when you know what you are doing you don't need to waste time figuring out what needs to be done. Bottom line, service man Brian knew exactly what needed to be done plus recommend what to look out for in the future to extend the life of the whole garage system. There was NO pressure to buy additional things that could wait for now, but to keep an eye on it just in case. Most of all Brian was very respectful and he knew what he was doing. Thanks Brian.

Frank the tech was very good put new pulleys on doors so they work more efficiently plus for obvious wear and tear on old pulleys. I used Precision now for 2 homes and would highly recommend company.
