Thanks for the repair of the broken cable. My input is to have a yearly check for any loose or weak spring or cable, so we can further damages and this is very dangerous if the broken cable or spring swing into the person close to the garage.

5 Stars! We are new residents and the family of the previous owner did not know the entry codes and one of the openers did not work. Brian Ford came and within half an hour: installed our keypad and we put in our code; fixed the two openers so that we could open (2 car garage) either door with either opener and installed 4 new pulleys. He went over the operation with us very clearly and concisely! He was efficient, courteous and extremely neat about his work. He explained about the warranties on parts and labor. Additionally, he had called 20 minutes before his arrival and let us know his ETA. Wonderful professionalism from your representative. We will recommend Precision to our friends and neighbors. very expensive , precision charged me 400% cost of parts , same exact part in sears is 1/4 price of precision and i even asked technician about best suggestion and he said few bucks more at some place and less at some place but their charges of parts is way expensive . Can't trust again and not going to call again and not recommend

I was told the installed would be there between 8am and 12 noon to install a single door for a two car garage. They arrived at 3:20pm. He said about 4 hours to complete the job. This left me with a cancellation for a 6pm installation dinner I was to attend. All in all they did a good job and finished in a little more than 3 hours. After checking the operation of the door I found that the manual locking device for the door does not line up with the slot on the right track. I hope this can be rectified.

Outside of being late by an hour, Brian was excellent in doing his work. If he is being delayed, he should contact the customer and tell him that he is being delayed. He explained everything to me and made recommendations to maintain the door.

I wanted a Quote on new rollers, cables, etc. After the technician Jim looked it over and a discussion on perhaps installing top windows in my 42 year 7x16 old wood door and the cost to do this I decided to replace it with your steel door which has windows like I wanted. Jim showed me the different models and I was pleased with his knowledge and his the way he handled it. I would recommend you company to friends and family.
