It was such a relief to have our door fixed on a freezing Saturday on short notice. The office communication was prompt and helpful by letting us know exactly when the serviceman would be at our house. Bobby, a very personable technician, was efficient. He assessed the problem and fixed it quickly. We will definitely use this company for maintenance in the future.

Arrived home to find my garage door open even though I had watched it close an hour earlier. Pushed the button to close it & it went down & up, refused to close completely.It was stuck open until CJ arrived that afternoon & explained my alternatives completely after checking out everything. Hello, Good morning, Mike was as polite and professional as can be, from his work ethic to his personality, it was clear to me that he was the right guy to work on my garage door. I thought he was terrific in every way. Keep him employed always. I thanked him for his Military service of which he did not tell me but I asked if he was in the military and his answer was yes, I asked what branch and he said I’m a Marine. I love it. If we need garage doors or repairs again or anyone I know needs them I will recommend Precision 100%. Thank you

The Technician Michael Solis was excellent and efficient. My only concern is the price, which I thought was too high. When I compared the price of the parts on the web, the price should have been in the $300 range. I have used your company in the past for both of my houses. I my have to shop around in the future.

First time using Precision and very pleased with the service we received. We were offered same day service by customer service - without having to ask! Steve arrived within 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem with the opener quickly and offered the solution clearly with no misunderstanding. Repair was completed within an hour at a fair price. Garage floor was cleaner at the completion of the job compared to when started. No cardboard, no screws, no metal left behind. Steve was a real pro. He even took the time the reprogram the phone app. I would use Precison again with no hesitation and I recommend Precision highly.

The service was excellent. Brian, the technician, quickly identified the problem and fixed it. He was very professional and friendly and reviewed information that should help us avoid troubles in the future.
