Wow, $4.200 dollars I feel so light, I had a dream and or feeling, that the garage system was outdated and old, 2008, Precision , especially tech Seth is great professional, knew his stuff and explained everything so well. I rather spend the money now and not be in a jam when I am trying to get out of the garage. If this lasts me 15 years It was worth it and Wii , a key pad camera and one remote works both doors, so very quiet. Thanks great American tech and company

I had cables, rollers, and pulleys replaced on one of my garage doors, Joe the technician was excellent. He diagnosed the problem (broken cable), made a reasonable recommendation with accurate cost and performed the work timely and with high quality. He also addressed a noise in my other door, ultimately replacing the belt rail, which was covered under warranty...no questions asked. Great work by Joe the technician and a timely response by Precision when I first called about the broken cable.

This was my first time using Precision Garage Service. I needed my springs replaced and Precision was able to get to my house within a few hours of me calling. I can't say enough good things about the service tech "Steve" that showed up for the repairs. He was very knowledgeable & professional. Steve answered all my questions and explained the whole process thoroughly. After talking with him, I actually decided to replace both door openers as well as all components. Steve got to work and knocked everything out with no problem. He then showed me how everything works, explained the details in warranty, how to troubleshoot and how the phone app works. Overall, I had a great 1st time experience with Precision. I would request Steve any time I need service next time. Great guy!

I have used Precision in the past and would use them again. The opener was installed in 2013 and now in 2025 is the first time it needed any service at all. Amazing Garage Door service Called on Friday of Memorial Day. Pleasant and helpful source answered! She was so helpful And reassuring. I thought I might keep trying to figure out how to fix this without hiring someone. Service Rep scheduled my appt for the next day. The servicemen arrived at 10 am. And $700+ later they had installed 2 new springs. Most importantly… the double garage door opens and closes!!!
