Precision was better on price, other Company for same door much more money, Precision came on time to go over everything about a garage door. The installer was very professional even the sales person was very professional. When I called to make appointment all who answered phone very nice. I give this Company A 10. I called Precision around noon today. I was told that the serviceman, Steve Posner would arrive between 2 and 5. He called to say he was coming at 1:45 and showed up at 2:30. He assessed the problem and gave me options. He did a rebuild in less than an hour. His work was perfect. He was courteous, and he cleaned up so it looked like he hadn't been there. I'd recommend this company to anyone with a garage door problem.
