They(Jim & Charles) did a great job today. I felt sorry for them cause they didn’t get to me until 5:30pm. It was a quick analysis. They had all the parts needed on their truck. They replaced the main spring and all ten rollers in less than 45-minutes.

I needed two new garage door openers (one died a while ago and the other forced our hand recently). I called precision this morning about 9 am. A tech then called me to confirm timing. Showed up on time, did the job, pleasure to chat with and cleaned up. He made sure everything was programmed right (including the App on my phone which is super cool). I would highly recommend. It was really nice to meet someone who enjoys his job and does it well. He also made it clear he really enjoys working for precision (thanks Brian) Refreshing.
